How about re-defining D&I along the lines of movements in organisations, special interest groups, with a common purpose and a degree of social connection e.g. Manchester United fans or Greenpeace members. Find the internal movements, recruit outsiders from the same movement and set up innovation sessions using their input. A new way of getting more out of your organisation
